Historical event starting in Dubai world trade centre International astronautical event. It is the worlds largest space event. The event starts from 25th October to 29th October. 

The 72nd International Astronautical Congress (IAC):

The worlds largest space event kicks off from today, October 25. The event is at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The show ends on 29th October. This is a five-day event. It is being taken in the Middle East for the first time. It is began by the Mohammed Bin Rashid Space Centre (MBRSC) in connection with the (IAF).

Middle East space Event:

More than 4,000 visitors are going to come to this event. It is going to have more than 90 exhibitors and more than 110 country delegations. In addition, more than 350 young professionals and space experts are joining this event. 

Celebrating its golden jubilee this year. The UAE has worked hard to set a solid foundation for the Emirati space division. From sending the first Emirati into space, extending several earth-observation satellites and starting the first Arab interplanetary mission to Mars. The UAE has built itself as a first country for space research and related technologies.

Inspiring people of UAE:

The theme ‘Inspire, Innovate & Discover for the Benefit of Mankind’. IAC 2021 will enable sharing organisations to highlight their skills, experience, contributions, and alterations in the space sector.

Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori:

Chairman at MBRSC said: “At MBRSC, we are serious in training our young space research programme.  We are promoting the cause of the space sector in the country and around the world. Treating the IAC is an outstanding milestone for us. It is going to strengthen our position in the group of space-faring nations.”

IAC 2021 also highlights an exhibit that will showcase the most advanced in space technology and experimentation.

Etihad Rail Passenger trains make Debut for Abu Dhabi-Dubai

UAE’s Etihad Rail has revealed the first renderings

The UAE’s Etihad Rail has revealed the first renderings of its new passenger trains. The images are exclusively published by The National. Show silver and grey carriages adorned with the red Etihad Rail logo, against a backdrop of Arabian mountain ranges and deserts.

They are the first glimpse of the sleek and modern interiors of the trains. From Al Sila in the west to Fujairah in the north, the trains will run at a maximum speed of 200kph, will be able to carry 400 passengers, and will link 11 cities across the UAE.

Etihad Rail says its stations will celebrate travel and reflect regional cultures.
