Mobile Virtual Network Operators strengthens in Saudi Arabia. Saudi Arabia has granted two new portable virtual organization administrator licenses. (MVNO) as the contest warms up in the Kingdom’s telecom area.

Both the Coordinated Telecom Mobile Co. (ITC Mobile) as well as, Future Networks Communications Co.have obtained a suitable license.
