The new Audi fleet of police cars is a part of the drive to promote awareness and traffic safety in the UAE.
The Dubai Police General headquarters has recently added six new Audi R8 and Audi Q7 cars to its supercar patrol fleet as part of traffic safety to reach out to UAE residents.
H.E. Al Muzainah said that Dubai Police Force has always sought, through the introduction of its fleet of supercars, to enhance the security of the emirate.
Enrico Atanasio joined Ali Al Nabooda
Enrico Atanasio, Brand Director of Audi Middle East joined Ali Al Nabooda. All about new supercars
The new Audi R8 is the most powerful and fastest production Audi ever built. The 5.2 liter V10 enables breathtaking performance. The sounds of its engine are highly emotional.
The fuel economy has been improved by up to 13 percent in the R8 model series compared to the previous model.
Both models feature active aero front splitters, which optimize downforce support to increase speed. In addition to carbon fiber roofs, making the cars incredibly light.
Colonel Dr. Mubarak Saeed Salem Biswas Al Ketbi stressed that the Tourist Police Department seeks to strengthen communication between the public and the police.
