The “Best School” gets away a Dh1 million award, while the “Excellent Supervisor” gets a cash prize of Dh300,000. The Arab Reading Champion takes home a whopping Dh500,000 cash prize, taking the cumulated prizes to be given to Dh11 million.

Ninety-six thousand schools from 52 countries took part in this competition, with contestants from 14 Arab countries and 38 foreign countries with Arab.
One hundred twenty thousand supervisors supported students in enhancing their reading and summarizing skills, related to 99,000 supervisors in the fourth edition also getting gifts.
The closing ceremony is today of the Arab Reading Challenge. The Arab Reading Champion get a price based on general knowledge, critical thinking skills, communication, and diversity of selected books.
Previously, the participants won at their class level in countries across the world. The students read and compile 50 books to ultimately qualify for the challenge.
Covid postured a challenge, but members continued poised:
The judging panels consisted of educational authorities, assessing participants’ artistic skills, dialogue skills, intelligence, depth of information, and knowledge to sort their ideas and present them.
Due to the preventive measures taken in reply to the pandemic, qualifying rounds were conducted virtually, and country-level winners were declared online.
