$65.1 Billion on 19 Key Projects, Kuwait

Kuwait has apportioned around 19.6 billion Kuwaiti dinars ($65.1 billion) for special strategic projects. These 19.6 billion Kuwaiti dinars would cover 19 vital activities during the current yearly development plan, as a result. As announced by Al-Anba.

The paper indexed progress on ten significant project activities. Out of which, some include:

  • the eastern runway at the global air terminal,
  • the Sabah Al-Salem Kuwait University City,
  • the Kuwait Airport extension, the Al-Mutlaa private city project, and
  • the rail route network project.

All are under construction of a superb strategic plan proposal.

The Ministry of Health further plans on adding new structures to 2 hospitals in Kuwait. These are reported to be Farwaniya Hospital and Al-Adan Hospital, for instance. It also includes the new Al-Sabah Hospital project.

In the energy area, Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) is leading the Clean Fuels Project. As well as the Al-Zour Refinery. Resources suggest that both of these projects are currently in their final delivery conveyance stage.
