Share market: Sensex rose 64 points above 49700, Nifty also rose

Today, the fourth trading day of the week i.e. Thursday the stock market is closed at the green mark. The Bombay Stock Exchange’s flagship index Sensex rose 84.45 points, or 0.17 per cent, to close at 49746.21. At the same time, the Nifty on the National Stock Exchange closed at 14873.80 with a gain of 54.75 points or 0.37 percent. Sensitive short trading session of 30 shares of BSE rose 1,021.33 points or 2 percent in the previous week.

The same was true of older stocks

Speaking of large stocks, shares of JSW Steel, Tata Steel, Shree Cement, Ultratech Cement and Hindalco closed at the green mark today. On the other hand, shares of Sun Pharma, ONGC, Bajaj Finance, SBI Life, and Industry Bank closed higher.

Sectoral indicator tracking

If we look at the sectoral index, today Media, Metals, IT, Auto, FMCG and Realty are off the green mark. Financial services including private banks, PSU banks, banks, pharma are on the red mark.

The Sensex stood at 301.65 points (0.61 percent) at 49963.41 in early trade. At the same time, the Nifty is 6.20 points or 0. It has opened at 14907.20 with an increase of 0 percent.

The stock market closed at the green mark on Wednesday. The Sensex rose 460.37 points, or 0.94 percent, to close at 49661.76. At the same time, the Nifty closed 135.55 points, or 0.92 percent, higher at 14819.05.

Investors’ wealth increased by Tk 90,82,057.95 crore in FY 2010-2011 due to increase in share price in the domestic stock market. The BSE 30 Sensex rose 68 percent during the period. The Sensex gained 20,040.66 points, or 68 percent, in this unprecedented rally. Despite various disruptions and uncertainties in the economic world due to the Kovid-19 epidemic, the local stock market has reached its peak.
