Rising petrol and diesel prices are shocking people. The prices of these two fuels have risen for the seventh day in a row. Government oil companies have today increased the price of diesel by 29 to 30 paise. At the same time, the price of petrol has gone up by 25 to 26 paise.
With this, the price of petrol has gone up to the highest level in the country’s capital, Delhi and metropolitan Mumbai. In the national capital, petrol was priced at Rs 6.99 and in Mumbai it was priced at Rs 95.46 per liter.
Diesel is being sold at Rs 799.35 per liter in Delhi and Rs 6.3.34 per liter in Mumbai. In Kolkata, diesel is being sold at Rs 72.94 and petrol at Rs 90.25 per liter. In Chennai, diesel is priced at Rs 84.44 per liter and petrol at Rs 91.19.
